Flu Vaccines: Yay or Nay?

Flu Vaccine:  As usual I am NOT recommending the flu vaccine as a preventative measure.  Vaccinations are fraught with problems and are not as preventative as good health habits.  We have made our Flu Season handout and you can find it on the website here.  It is full of preventative measures and treatment.  We know which homeopathics are working and what supplements are working for this flu season.  Respectfully submitted by Molly Niedermeyer
