Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Annie McCall resided in the building adjacent to Emerald City Clinic for numerous years until recently re-locating to a larger facility. ECN is happy to promote her fabulous services.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment for impulsive and/or self-destructive behaviors, including cutting, suicide, drug use, and aggression. Youth and Family DBT of Seattle offers two DBT skills groups, for teenagers (13-18) and their parents. The group is 26 weeks long and teaches behavioral skills to increase effective coping and communication, with the goals of decreasing family conflict and problematic behavior. For more information, please call Annie McCall at 206-251-4013, or check out our website at youthandfamilydbt.com.
